Beautiful shot, John. One of the prettiest places on the Parkway. Our family property is not far from Doughton, so I have never been there overnight. We were there a few weeks ago...sad that the lodge and restaurant are closed, likely for good.

It is really sad the restaurant is closed I enjoyed dining there. A hike in Doughton park is good for the soul.
